As the property is located AIRSIDE, in the RestrictedTransit area, Transit travellers must NOT clear immigrationcustoms (on transit means those who are travelling to another country via Singapore, without clearing Singapore arrival immigration). If you clear immigrationcustoms, airport immigration will not allow you to re-enter the transit area until your airline counter opens before departure.
Departing passengers from city to note that most airline counters open only 3 hrs before departure. As such, you are not allowed accessthe Transit area earlier, unless early check-in is available with your airline.

As the hotel is situated within the restricted transit area, transit passengers must not clear Singapore immigration or customs. For departing passengers from the city, access to the transit area is generally available only after airline check-in counters open, typically around three hours before departure, unless your airline offers early check-in facilities. The hotels 24-hour front desk is available to assist should guests require any help.
