Operating hours for the shuttle service are as follows:
- From W Singapore to VivoCity: 08:13, 09:20, 10:20, 11:15.
- From VivoCity to W Singapore: 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 18:00, 21:15, 22:45, 23:15.
The main guest under whose name the reservation is made must be present at check-in.guests must register and provide a valid physical identity card or passport. The minimum age for guests to check in is 18.
All deposits and transactions must be settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via credit card, debit card, or cash.
